The Request
Provide ongoing communication and marketing solutions designed to inform and convert the local community about Rock Islands’ suite of services.
The Challenge
Rock Island serves over 300+ islands in San Juan County which is located off the coast of Washington. The communities on these islands are small, consist of a mix of full and part time residents, and traditionally have never been connected to reliable internet. The challenge is to get the Rock Island message in front of the community in an effective and consistent manner.
The Solution
In this modern age of digital marketing, you still need to rely on traditional tried and true methods of spreading your message; this was the focus of our efforts for Rock Island. In collaboration with Rock Islands’ marketing lead we created a cohesive visual language for the company, and helped craft a mix of marketing solutions which include direct mail campaigns, door hangers, local advertising, ferry advertising, and community events.
