The Challenge
Wheelbuilder.com is the global leader in custom bicycle wheels. Their core product presents a very challenging eCommerce model as there are infinite combinations, and a wide variety of restrictions possible when building a custom bicycle wheel. Choosing a platform that would allow the Wheelbuilder team to administer the site quickly on global scale, while providing the user with a simple, yet fun interface, demanded some serious planning and precision execution.
The Solution
After extensive research we recommended the Big Commerce platform and guided the design and development of the new website. The site is responsive and features a smart options product configurator application that offers options only if they are relevant to the previous selection.
